is evaporated, thick turpentine oil. It is used to lend paints a smooth and gliding texture. Thick oil should always be used sparingly, and only in combination with other oils, such as Turpentine Oil (fast drying), Lavender Oil (slow drying), or Oil of Cloves (very slow drying).
