These tulle laces in 3 widths were made especially for the Gildebrief from ideas by KB in the 1990s. They were one of the last laces made by a famous Nottingham lace manufacturer before he closed his business. The tulle is the finest available in those days as is the thread that is thinner than was normally used for tulle laces. This means, the laces are wonderful for dolls since they can be easily gathered without bunching out unattractively, making them suitable for most doll sizes.
Each scallop is 4 cm wide and divided into 5 smaller scallops.
